PRESIDENT

Scott embraces a truly hands-on approach to building with a personalized attention to every detail and a dedication to quality craftsmanship. He is actively involved with the key stages of the design-build-remodel process, from design ideas through construction. Scott has also surrounded himself with a talented team of craftsmen and building professionals who all share his passion for excellence in construction quality and customer satisfaction.

Jeremy Rogers

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT

Jeremy oversees projects ranging from spec to custom homes, custom remodels, and customer service. He enjoys daily, close interactions with clients and subcontractors through the building process. He believes in building relationships, professionalism, and being solution oriented. He views each project as an opportunity to think critically and creatively. He’s been married for 13 years and has two children and loves to spend time with them traveling and camping.

John Reuter

SUPERINTENDENT

John is a native of Southern California. He attended Corona del Mar High School and graduated from USC. He has forty years of sales, financial services, corporate management and custom residential construction experience. His passions are spending time with his three incredible children, cooking and entertaining, client customer service and working with his tradesmen.

Mark Crocker

SUPERINTENDENT

Mark is a third generation home builder who learned from an early age to love the design and construction of homes. Mark grew up watching his father hand draw plans for the homes he was building or remodeling. His passion for building and helping his clients build their dream homes is what drives him everyday. Mark enjoys getting outside on his mountain bike with his two kids, either locally or to a new camping spot and new trails.

Joey Ertz

SUPERINTENDENT

Joey grew up in the building industry, and it has become a part of him. He loves the job and is committed to nothing short of excellence in building of clients’ dream homes. When he’s not working with clients and soaking up everything there is to learn about building and construction, he loves to surf and snowboard. He thrives on helping where he can in every aspect of life and puts a smile on everyone’s faces.

Marc Buccheri

PROJECT MANAGER

Marc is a custom homebuilder and a project manager who is responsible for implementing building strategies and helping clients realize options available to them. Marc’s education has been focused on environmental design and transportation design. He is currently attending Art Center College of Design and studying at the Oakley headquarters design department. When he is not working, Marc loves restoring Boston whaler boats or prepping Porsche race cars.

Yvette Betancourt

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Yvette is a native Southern Californian. She works closely with the project managers, owners, and interior designers with plans, coordination of trades, budgets, and supervises construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Being the link from the office to the field has made her a valuable member of the team. In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her husband and three young sons, discovering new design products, and finding new plant-based restaurants.

Matt Howard

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Matt was born and raised in Orange County, where he went to trade school to become a journeyman electrician. He worked at a residential electrical company which lead to an interest in Construction Management where he has worked in custom home building ever since. Matt lives in Mission Viejo with his wife, Jessica, their two young children Ella and Grayson and his dog Dude. He enjoys riding dirt bikes and spending time outdoors with his family.

Vincent Mapili

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Vincent handles all aspects of project accounting and finance. He is a business strategist with an entrepreneurial mind and an eye for formulating and implementing processes that bring synergy in a business environment. He is multilingual, speaks fluent English and basic Spanish which he picked up while studying abroad at the University of Barcelona in Spain. When he is not working, he loves to spend his time with his two lovely kids, Ethan 10 and Kaitlyn 5.

Amy Dentes

EXEC. ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT

Amy was born and raised in Orange County. She has an extensive background in real estate, property management, administrative support and has a passion for interior design.  She assists in accounting and the office team in all areas.  When she is not working, she enjoys the beach, live music and riding bikes with her family.
